I just spent the weekend at a fantastic workshop run by Ariel and Shya Kane. There were a lot of inspiring moments and it made me motivated to keep growing TechKnow to its full potential. I met some amazing people there that are interested in getting more out of their computers. I gave out my business card and I look forward to hearing back from them.

We've finally had a chance to work on the website. We created beautiful google doc spreadsheets so we can keep track of clients and expenses. If you create an appointment with us, you'll see how easy it is to do so. We've fixed up the website, corrected information and cleaned up a lot of code. We should be a thriving enterprise soon! Just kidding. But I hope you enjoy the new and improved Techknow. You’ll probably see our new flyers circulating around soon. Keep on the lookout!

Everything is coming together! Adam’s doing a great job with the website. It’s looking really good. Most of our content is up. Can’t wait for the launch of our website on Sept. 1st!
I’ve been doing a good amount of 3D animating today. I downloaded the free learners edition of Euphoria which is an animation/physics program. Many new video games are using it such as GTA IV. It’s how all those cool ragdoll physics work with people picking themselves up and flailing through the air. It’s a very easy program to use and things will look really good when I render them.
If you didn’t understand the last couple sentences, that’s all right. If you ever want to learn, TechKnow can teach you!

Had a client who had a terrible power supply problem with their Gateway laptop. Power port is completely broken and the laptop would not charge. There was nothing we could do because it was a hardware issue. So we didn't charge him and told him to send it in for repairs. Massive breakthrough with the website! It looked fine in Firefox but it won’t work right in Internet Explorer. But who uses Internet Explorer anyway right? Firefox is better anyway.

Had a client today, her name is Amy. I optimized her laptop. Did a couple virus scans, adware scans, all that good stuff. Running as smooth as gravy! Click here to see her testimony!
